Broadway’s Samantha Williams Live 🎭

Join YES Theatre on Sunday for an extraordinary concert featuring Broadway star Samantha Williams! With credits in Dear Evan Hansen and Caroline, Or Change, and soon to star in the revival of Pirates of Penzance, Samantha will perform alongside Artistic Director Alessandro Costantini and YES Company members. Vivaldi Candlelight Concert 🎻

The Listeso String Quartet will be playing a special concert this Saturday at 6:30 pm at Place des Arts. Come enjoy the music of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons under gentle candlelight! Limited tickets are still available here and start at $41 (ages 8+).

Ukrainian New Year Dance 🇺🇦

All are welcome to celebrate Ukrainian New Year by joining the Malanka 2025 dance this Saturday night! Live music provided by Ukrainian folk-rock band Zapovid (in both Ukrainian and English). Tickets are $50 and available by e-transfer to [email protected] or cash at the door. The dance will be held at the Steelworkers’ Hall at 66 Brady St. Come join in on the fun!

80s Skating Party at Kivi Park ⛸️

Head to Kivi Park this Saturday from 4-9 pm to skate along Nina’s Way while listening to 80s hits! The 1.3 km skating path has just opened for the season and there is no better way to enjoy it than with all your favourites from the 80s. Visitors are also encouraged to dress up in their favourite 80s themed outfits! Day passes for the park and hot drinks are available at the Wishing Tree Cafe.

Live Music in the City this Weekend 🎶

This is a great weekend to catch some live music:

• Hatt&Molly are playing at Knowhere Public House on Saturday from 3-5 pm. Pay what you can.

• Wheelhouse is playing at the Lockerby Legion Friday night from 7-11 pm, with dancing and drinks. $10 for non-members.

• Dani Star is playing at the Sudbury Market at Elm Place Mall from 11 am to 1 pm. Listen and shop from local vendors!

• The Frogs are playing at The Coulson Friday and Saturday night from 9 pm to 1 am.
